Our Team

We have a wonderful team of gals and guys dedicated to the physical and emotional health of all pets . Our team is consistent with 4 full time permanent and regular casuals so our pets have a relationship with the same people or one special person if needed . We are very grateful to have such a beautiful supportive team who genuinely adore their job and your pets and go above and beyond every single day .

We undergo regular training in Pet First Aid, Animal Behaviour and our team all hold WWVP cards.

Kiaora offers the opportunity to study Certificate 2 and 3 in Animal Studies on site .

Mum of 2 boys ,crazy dog and horse lady . After a wonderful career in the Travel Industry I absolutely adore this amazing business.My biggest reward is owner’s trusting us with their pets for the first time and being able to help them have a happy time away and not worry about their babies .In my spare time you’ll find me chasing my busy 2 legged boys around or riding my horses !

This gorgeous lady has been with us from 2022 with an extensive background in child care . Susie is a beautiful soul and projects her kindness on all. She is committed to ensuring every owner and every pet has the best stay possible !

DAVID (part time )

David brings his love of dogs to us , genuinely engaging and caring for all . His generosity see’s him volunteering on a regular basis at the National Zoo and Aquarium .

RORY (FULL TIME )

Our wonderful Rory joined us Full Time after moving to Canberra from the Snowy Mountains.Rory brings a wonderful touch to our team ,connecting with pets and owners in a special way!

Nicole (full time )

The lovely Nicole has joined our team after a month’s placement for her studies in Business Management -we loved her so much she stayed full time ! Nicole adds a sprinkle of happiness to our team!
